Nutrition and lifestyle play a very important role as you age, So I encourage everyone especially women 40+ to make this one of your goals to put healthy foods into your body to help your immune system, balance your hormones, etc. At the Mokake’s family the other evening we had vegetable lasagna/pasta. it was yummy but the boys ate with funny faces as there was no meat nor chicken only veggies:) My goal is to make sure they learn new ways of cooking by adding more vegetables. Wish me luck… Young adults 🙂 My question to you all is how do you introduce vegetables into your household?
